2007 Camera Shoot out

Moultrie M40 vs. StealthCam I-450.

We are going to do a controlled test with these two cams looking at a corn pile at 20 feet. they are mounted on our multicamera stand and oriented in the same plane, horizontally and vertically to be fair.  We are also aware that there is a chance that the flash of both cams may fire at the same time so we will not be judging the night flash picture quality when this happens. Both cams will be set at high resolutions and in auto flash mode. There will be no hoods (roofs) used during these tests to insure that we will not be interfering with the ambient light reaching the daylight sensor.  

Note: Because both cameras were plagues with white out issues and the two of the Stealth I450 we attempted to use on this shootout failed during the test, this shoot out was cancelled.  Later on in the year Moultrie came out with firmware upgrades to solve the white out issues on the m40.
