well after reading all the "great " stuff about these cameras here, I purchased one of these. Nothing but problems, after waiting on the phone with thier customer service for who knows how long(called several times,. never had enough time to wait....) finally got a human. He could not help remedy the problem and suggested sending it back for replacement. Heres the catch, he had NONE in stock to replace it and NO IDEA when he would have one to send out. I asked about an upgrade(only to limit my down time) sure I could do that for an extra 80, but he had none of them either! so bottom line is i guess i'll just have to buy another moultrie! sorry, just had to vent....

Wow, I know the feeling. Had the same thing happen to me.Can you send it back from who you bought it from?

did you finally get it? the place i bought it from basicaqlly has a no return policy(its a wholesale acct) and you have to deal with manufactorer. Fortunately, after I told them they(the manu) would take it back, but had no new ones to send, they agreed to send me a new one! pretty happy about that! should be up'n runnin soon...
