I second bunko's comment.

I'll certainly not buy another Cuddeback product until someone can prove to me they work flawlessly. Even then I probably won't buy another of their products. They cost me a huge chunk of change to the tune of around $1,500, and I won't soon forget that.

I'll stick with the homebrews. Those homebrews are the best things since the Non-Typical DeerCams (DC-200).

I'd rather see them make a camera that actually works before you challenge them to do any more.

After sending mine back earlier in the year, my boss bought two of them and has nothing but good luck with his  . I'm the same don't plan on buying another but, he brings me his cards all the time to upload on his computer, he doesn't know alot about the camera or computer which makes it that much worse when he isn't having any problems

I will, I have been deleting them so I dont have any right now. I have to set up a folder and start saving them all. The night pictures are of very good quality and the day are even better. I.ll also post a pic of the steel secuity house I built using a python master lock cable.

I have had my Cuddeback 3.0 since July of 05. It has been sent in for repair twice for issues like not taking pictures at all to only working inside the house. I know that once they replaced the motherboard. It worked great after the 1st repair which was under warrenty. But since the last repair 3 months ago it now seems to hang in picture mode and take a picture every 1 minute. (It is set to e-z mode) It may take over 100 pictures till it errors out then. I will then take the batteries out for 30 seconds to reset it and It will work for a few days till it hangs again. (big drain on batteries) I know the last time it cost me $100 for them to repair it. I just want to know if anyone else has had this issue with this camera?

I have had to many problems to list. I would suggest taking the lose and switching to another camera manufacur. I have a recon talon extreme IR. It is ok.. For the money the new Moultrie D40 flash camera has preformed well. My next purchase will probably be the moultrie IR. Cuddebacks are junk in my book. I had three and all would not record pictures to the card. Sometime it would work, sometimes it would not. After having all my problems, and reading everyone else on this thread. I will never take a chance with there product again.

I have two Experts. One has worked flawlessly from the get go and one had to go back to the factory twice for repairs. Since it has been repaired the second time it too has worked perfectly. Customer support was excellent and I had my camera back within 10 days each time. Every company makes mistakes and as long as the company addresses the problem for me quickly and to my satisfaction I will not hold it against them.
