Retrieving cam in November. Yes, it was cold, though probably not 11 degrees as the trail cam says, but cold enough to freeze my water bladder tubing solid. I had to hike up 2500' to retrieve the cam, hence me not wearing a lot of clothing layers. I grabbed the cam and headed back to camp, and then pulled up a chair close to the wood stove in the canvas tent and viewed my SD card on a laptop while enjoying a brew (or two).
