I feel I have to say that I can not put much faith in this "list". Yes a vendor may be on the list but for example, the list does not contain sources like:

Midway
Natchez
Gander Mountain
Bee Busy
Walmart

These sellers above are all license to sell Moultrie and are not on this list. In all fairness I felt we should say something about this.
