PIXresizer is a simple and free program for resizing pictures that I've used for years. You can resize just one picture (file) or resize a whole folder of pictures all at one time. Unlike some resizing software, PIXresizer will not reduce the quality of the resized picture. I don't know about photobucket, but some photo hosting sites will allow you to upload resized pictures at their "default" size, meaning that the quality will remain the same after it's been uploaded. I know that this is true for the hosting site called TinyPic. http://tinypic.com/
