It seems like we are getting more and more reports about folks being stuck for weeks after receiving their new cameras and not being taken care of. We hope this list will help all new potential buyers in choosing a good on line dealer.

We would like to compile a list of online trail camera vendors who refuse to take back a bad cam during the first 30 days after purchase.

We would also like to single out any vendors who refuse to take back DOA cameras.

Additionally we want to include those vendors who will take returns and handle exchanges without any questions asked and whether the shipping for the returns is covered by the vendor.

How are you going to weed out the vendors nasty comments on their competitors? I know most of the people responding to your request would give a version of the truth with only minor stretches, but I can also see this as someone getting a bad rap based on untruths (they wouldn't lie, would they?).

This is true.

We do already have a fair idea of most of the offenders because we have monitored a number of forums and paid attention. We want first hand confirmation by our board members who we know pretty good. bashing will not be tolerated.

I will be the first to nominate trailcampro as an excellent seller in my opinion. Fast shipping and when I thought I had a problem with my reconyx he chimed in here and said they would take care of me no matter. I do not know if they pay return shipping cost, but they are the only vendor I saw offering a 90 day no questions asked return policy.

I nominate Hedge Hill (http://www.hedgehill.com) as a major loser. First of all, this guy advertised cameras as being in stock when they weren't, even though my card was charged as soon as I placed my order. Then, the owner put the email address I used for my order on his private right wing nut job and dumb joke email list. I asked him twice to remove me from the list with no response. The THIRD time I demanded he remove me, he asked me what planet I lived on, claiming that it was just a harmless list. I didn't need the backorder, I didn't need the countless email forwards, and I didn't need his insults.

x2 everyone. While I haven't bought anything from trailcampro I have heard nothing but good things about them. While not as in depth as Chasingame, their reviews are unbiased and very accurate.

Keep in mind that they sell cameras.... I am not saying they are not unbiased but the urge would always be there.

I got my ScoutGuard through Gray Wolf Woolens, an authorized dealer. They shipped promptly. What more can I say; no problems.

I definitely agree with Dave, how can you beat the service from both of these Fine Dealers, (Rick-Concealed Action Minicams Online and Joe-BBO/Bee Busy Outdoors)
They go out of there way to help everyone, with Great Customer Service Always! :D

And that's no joke.
