The grand boys are on a roll.... :mrgreen: :mrgreen:

8 year ol' has got 2 deer down and the 7 year ol' has one...

Here's the after pictures... No before since they are from my ol'est son's deer lease and I ain't seen the before's yet... :wink: :wink:

All the "boys" and Gus (8 year ol') with his button buck... Both of these 1st two were killed durin' the 1st Arkansas youth hunt...

That's a great looking bunch of hunters. Congratulations to the boy's on the successful hunt. Is that their first Deer? What are the details? Firearm used, time, reaction of the boy's? I just had twin grandsons. I hope they have the hunting gene LOL.

Both boys were with their dad we they killed their 1st deer... Gunnar was 1st with his doe and Gus was next with his button buck... They both got 243 Win Handi Rifles for Christmas last year and that's what they use... Both are decent shots but could stand some practice... :mrgreen: :mrgreen: Gus missed 2 deer the mornin' he hunted with me (a spike and another button buck both at about 50 yards)... Gus also missed the 5 point (at 80 yards) before he killed um at about a 140 yards and Gunnar missed a 6 point that same day at about 80 yards.... They both do have fun so I'm sure they were excited when they killed their deer....
