Cut up a steak into small chunks like for stew meat, pour about a cup of flour in a gallon size plastic bag, add a table spoon or so of garlic powder, some pepper and salt, shake it to mix then add meat and shake to coat. in a sizzlin hot fry pan with either oil or margerine (lots of margerine) throw in the meat and fry till its brown and juices flow clear. We cook the inner tenderloins this way, serve up with some taters!
