Yeah I think frying it will be the way togo!!!!! Man when I skinned it out and gut'd it it had a sweet, sharp bitter smell that I couldn't get off my hands....??? any Ideas of what it was, or if this is just the way they smell? I've got it n the freezer awaiting my Big upcoming BBQ.....
