Looking for a recipe for Cottonmouths... had one that I "ran" over and skinned it out. .. bout to take a pic and post later....Got'r gutted and all skind and all that, just looking for a recipe... Thanks, Matt

Yeah I think frying it will be the way togo!!!!! Man when I skinned it out and gut'd it it had a sweet, sharp bitter smell that I couldn't get off my hands....??? any Ideas of what it was, or if this is just the way they smell? I've got it n the freezer awaiting my Big upcoming BBQ.....
