My recipe for making Cashew Deer nuggets with rice.

Deer meat cut into small cubes
Roll them into flour then into medium to almost thick batter of milk and flour or milk/eggs/ and flour.
Drop them into hot cooking oil till brown. I use a Fry Daddy deep fryer or a deep cast skillet for chicken frying.
Make up enough white rice to feed your crowd.
Can add some Frozen Peas and Carrots after have nuked or steamed them to the rice. Other vegetables could also be added like broccoli.
For the cashew gravy you can have several options.
Visit the ethnic aisle and get the Springfield, Missouri style Cashew Chicken sauce mix, or get a couple cans/jars of Chicken Gravy.
Chop up some green onions and cashew nuts and some cruchy Chow Mien Noodles to sprinkle over your deep fried deer nuggets, rice with vegetables and ladle over with your sauce.
Dig in

My sister-in-law sometimes makes it like a chowmien using Teriyaki sauce mix of your choice and uses chow mien type vegetables instead. Pretty good too!
