Here are some pictures of the new sensor and some mountings I did on Leaf River, Trophycam and Scoutguard.

Please refer to the XtendIR-B review for a fuill write up on this.

I use Gear Wraps from Academy sports as a band around the camera and double sided foam adhesive for a semi-permanent mount:

Just received a extendIR from Custom1. Chuck included adhesive velcro for attaching the sensor to the array. I just used a hole punch and trimmed it to fit the the sensor. I think this is going to be a real good way of securing the sensor.

Has anyone tried double stick tape? I am using my Xtendir's on Spypoint IR-A's and IR-6's and it seems to be really critical to get the sensor just right.

I sed that 3m product that is a double sided tape. I used it on a SG550 and it lasted 6 months in the field and is still stuck on there.

Camo Gear Wrapz™
I couldn't find them on Academy Sports' site, no matter how I spelled the name. Alliance Rubber Co., which I believe is the manufacturer, apparently sells them direct: <http://alliance-rubber.com/products/gearwrapzstrapz/camogearwrapz.html>. I also saw them listed at cableorganizer.com, but just the assortment of five each 4", 7", and 10" Wrapz. <http://cableorganizer.com/camo-gear-wrapz>

Anyone who's used/using them to hold XtendIR sensors on cams, are the 4" ones sufficient, since they stretch?

You may want to use this stuff. I bought some but have not tried it yet.
