 Post subject: Sending Back My 466

I have a defective LCD screen on my brand new Bushnell 466.
I decided to give it another week of soaking to see if the problem corrects itself. I will check the cam this Friday.

If the LCD is still not working correctly I will send it back for a repair or an exchange. Whatever Bushnell decides to do.

Here's my question. Before I send it back to Bushnell, do I call them and ask them for a pre-paid return address label?
What would you guys do? Would you just pay the 10 or 15 dollars to ship it back or would you ask Bushnell to pay the return shipping?

I'd say your stuck with paying shipping. I may be wrong and hope I am but I can't see Amazon paying for return shipping. If it was me I'd call Bushnell and ask for a new camo replacement...... :D

I never thought of asking Bushnell for a new camo replacement! I'll try that and not mention the return shipping label.

Actually, Amazon did pay the return shipping when I sent them back my junk 467.

Please ask that about the camo replacement, if not i would talk kindly to them explain your situation maybe they might pay the return shipping, primos did with me.

Amazon customer service is great to work with. Just log on and click on your orders and available actions. It is then your choice of refund or replacement.
