#201743 So what is the difference between the new Bushnell cams like the 437c and the 476? Does the 476 just have more features that I won't use? for example, I don't need a screen viewer. Field scan would be useful, but I don't use the viedo, but might some day.

#201749 You DO NOT WANT a 119476C! The model numbers on the Bushnell cams are really confusing. There are 4 low glow models. (940 nm emitters) The 119466C and 119467C are 2011 models. (the full model numbers all start with the 119, 3 more numbers most go by, then end in a "C" or "CN" for Canadian models. The 466 is 720 HD video without viewer, and has impressed many, including me. The 467 is 1080HD vid with viewer, but a majority have had issues--don't get one! This year the 2012 model 476 replaced the 466 but with some improvements--better flash, quicker trigger and dual time lapse settings. The 477 is still a 720HD vid but with viewer. Time will tell how the 2012 models perform! BTW, the 43X, 44X and 45X are red IR cameras. (850nm) The ones ending in 6 are 2011 models and the 7's are 2012. The 436C and 437C are base models without viewer, and I believe the 446C & 447C are camo models. The 456C and 457C should be the viewer models.

-um did you mean You Do Not Want a 119467C!.
-I know very confusing the way they number there cams.
-The 467 is the 2011 with 1080p HD that one is the one you do not want to buy, the 466 is the one you want it has better video quality especially audio and a faster trigger speed.
-The 476 is the 2012 model of the 466 it has 720p HD video.
-They also dropped the 456 model so there is no 457 for 2012 that model was the regular red ir with view screen.
-all the 2012 bushnell Trophy cams take HD video with audio.
-The 2012 477 is the same as the 2012 476 but with a color viewer.
-The 2011 467 model was dropped also, they went off of the 466 platform and made both the 2012 476 and 477.

#201757 The best way to figure out the numbering is to go on bushnells website and study the cams they still have the 2011 models on their website aswell the 2012's.

#214550 What is the problem with the 476c? The reason I like this model is because it has the new black LED low glow IR. I have never owned a bushnell camera and these new ones caught my eye with the low glow, plot watcher option, etc and was just wondering if it is worth getting, if there are better models or cameras then it, and etc...

Very old ha, Stealth Cam STC-AD3X
