Yesterday I ran into a deal and picked up two Bushnell 436 cams for $125 each shipped. From what I have read it seemed like a pretty good deal. Hope they turn out to be a good model. Do those of you who have one like them?? How do you pick up the extra year of warenty? I also have a pair of Bushnell 435C cams, is it too late to get the extra year on them or can I add it?

I haven't got the extra year of warranty on my cams but i heard that you register your 2 436 online and you will see the option to get the extra warranty, it's $20 you get one extra year of warranty and don't have to pay for return shipping if you ever have a problem with them and have to return it to bushnell.

Thanks for the reply. Will try that. Anyone else willing to comment on the 436 cam?

I've had one out in the woods for 7 months now, been getting 3-4 hundred pictures per week, I had to change the lithium batteries once, its probably about due to change them again but it does take really good pics esp. in the day. I like the cam. but I also have three 466's that i like alot better.

I have 2 of them, fast trigger speed, good pics and video/ very bright red stoplight ir flash is the neg for me. I urge you to run some nighttime test as one of my cams has a blind spot to the left of the cam so i just set the cam up with that in mind.

We have a couple of 436's.....Love 'em. Just like my Good old 435's but with audio and a cute little piece of plastic to hold it more level on a tree(don't like much, removed on one unit).

I guess we failed to hit confirm when registering out 435C cams last year as one of them did not show up as registered. went in and registered it and added the extra year on it. Also added the extra year on both of the new 436C cams that arrived yesterday too.

Yesterday I got one of my new 436 cams put out on field scan. Would have set up the other one too, but only had on new SD card on hand. Short on fresh batteries too, used some batteries out of one of my 435C cams for the time being. Hope to pull the SD card on Monday and see how it worked. By that time I should have some more SD cards and batteries and can deploy the other cam as well.

I had one soaking from November till Good Friday and it worked flawlessly. I got around 16000 photos at a feeder site. I've had no problems with it. Went through lithiums in a week after 3300 pics and then ran the entire time on a set of duracell ultra advanced for the remaining pics. Still was alive when it was pulled from the woods. I just want to do some testing with it mounted up higher. Has been a great cam for me so far.

I now have two of the Bushnell 436C cams now. Yesterday we pulled the SD card from the first one. I had it set on time lapse and set it over a food plot. I like the color of the pictures and the pictures seem to be of very good quality. We played with scouting assistance it it too worked very well makin it easier to view all the pictures. Even the night pictures were good. I'm happy with this cam. I put out the other one yesterday as I had to wait until I got more batteries and SD cards. Hope the 2nd one works as well as the 1st one.
