Sometimes my WGI cams really pi$$ me off. That being said, their customer service has always treated me very well but this time was exceptional. I sent some cams in for warranty and from the time they received them until the new ones hit my door was 7 business days. Only SEVEN DAYS, and WGI is about 1200 miles from me. Awesome job WGI and THANK YOU!!!

did you get a new pulse 10 x. just when i was beginning to like the things i went back to one that i hadn,t seen sense nov.7. i was looking forward to what it had picked up on the edge of a sanctury with the missouri rifle seson starting nov.12. it had taken 25 pictures and turned itself off on the 10 th.had to put a new battery in it. when i checked the old battery it was still at 6.12 volts. i thought i had my two figured out by making sure the battery terminal was pushed in all the way. sanctury cam my donkeys rear end.the pictures seem to be improving,but i know i am missing much action. sometimes they trigger before the game reaches the camera field of view.this is a killer without burst mode and a delay nowhere near the 15 seconds that it claims.it seems that the side sesors are like the tripod mount.they look good but they do nothing to help. with all this bitching this cam still takes long shots that are of a good quality without much motion blur. i know of no other cam that does this as well as the pulse 10x.hopefully wild game guy is following our perils and they will eventually make a great cam. truly hazelvillebucks

I have sent in your suggestions and problems about the camera to the proper departments. I also did the ones from your previous thread. Those are great concerns and suggestions.
