 Post subject: WGI Customer Service

On the 29th I recieved a s1.3x for a replacement cam I sent in. Today I checked it and just like the one I sent in the flash didn't work :( . I called in and C.S was great(As Usual). I told them the flash didn't work like last time, but this time they said not to bother sending it in. They said they'll just send out an upgraded model :D

hope for the micro 4... if its a N4, you'll be wanting to send it back within 2-3 months if anything like the N series I've had(declining sensitivity for all 3 of them).

I just recieved my replacement Its the s4. Was wishing for the micro 4, but as long as this one works i dont care. It will at least be better than the s1.3x

Bulk manufacture of electronics in Asia is shockingly cheap. I'd guess that the factory will fill up a standard shipping container with 9000 or so cameras for $100,000 or less.
