Hi everyone, Anney from the UK here. Got a problem with my Prowler HD trail cam. Can anyone help??

Firstly, the Prowler HD won't record video in daylight hours, even though it's programmed to record for 24 hours, ie night and day. Sometimes it will record daylight, sometimes it won't.

Then I decided to purchase the Stealth Cam Digital Picture Players and Card Reader so that I can view my videos whilst out in the field.

On the packaging there's even a photo of the Prowler being used, but guess what in small letters, it states

"NOT compatible with MPEG4 format videos"

and what does the Prowler HD record in? Yeah, you got it, MPEG4.

So why would they sell a picture viewer, using a Prowler HD in the advertisement package when the two are not compatible.

Very weird !!

Can anyone let me have a link to a Firmware update for the Prowler Hd model STC-DVIRHD?

That is odd indeed Anney, but par for the course from stealthcam. I wouldnt bother trying to call them, they will explain how little you know about cameras. They are just a very poor excuse for a company from a product and a customer service perspective. Hopefully someone on here can help you out.
