Darn near got my limit this season. 2nd on left was a 200ft headshot. Several were taken while charging. Most were taken on morning hunt before the hawks started flying and ruined the hunt.
Mostly culls but we are working on improving the genetics of the "herd" and hopefully we will have some real B&C contenders next season!

Thanks for playin'

At $460 for a shoulder mount I think I'll hold out on a Big buck mouse to mount. I did the B&C scoring and the largest one only scored a .12" B&C. So before I get a fully guided, fair chase(no high fences here) hunt package together we need to cull some more of the 'herd' and put out some protein pellets to max up the trophy potential. I am putting together a 5yr management plan and hope to hold some cull hunts in the near future. It's heartstopping action for sure. Several times I had to put one down on a charge! Tough little buggers to bloodtrail also. Had one make it 3 yds before collapsing. Did see a couple wallhangers but couldn't get a good shot on them. 1 would have went 2.45" or better  . Now thats world class in anybodys book!
As far as recipes go I am open to suggestions, mostly just cutting out backstraps and grillin 'em with butter and garlic. Seems to be a lot of interest in this fairly new sport and I am glad I am at the forefront of it.
Here's another photo of my best to date on the back of the 4wlr.
