Since the little acorn cam seems to be the run away CHEAP cam from some of these tests, I would like to see a test of the LA against the Reconyx if some one has these two cams. Anyone?

I wish I did. I would love to test that bugger. I havde seen enough crisp pictures to convince me it may be a a winner.
I love how it captures motion with practically no blur. I wonder if it takes the same quality pics at night?

 Maybe thats what I need.Have someone give me a Reconyx to test for a year.Maybe that would persuade me to see if they are that much better than my Scoutguards or Stealth's.
I am liking what I am reading about their battery life. David

If I had one more, I would possibly let you do it, albeit for way less than a year though.
It would only take about a week to convince you of it's capabilities...

Slay.Probably take me a week just to figure it out.
The reason I said a year was to cover all 4 seasons and it would probably take close that for the batteries to go dead. David

Alkalines in warmer temps and lithium in colder temps (under 40f) Not exact science, just my preference. Regular alkalines in warmer temps gave me almost 12000 pics before the batteries died
