will a black flash xtender increase night flash range. What one works the best..Does anyone have any sample pics using one

I believe Jack yoder attempted that and it did not increase the night quality. I believe he said that the Reconyx camera was already optimized to achieve the max light gathering it could. I do not recall seeing any sample pics however.

Not sure but Jack may have tried it on an rc60, might be a difference.

How would you hook it up anyway ? There is no external ports . I guess you could hack it like a home brew

If you are referrring to the Uway Xtendir-B, you use the supplied IR sensor to detect the built in array and sync the flashes.

You do not have to perform some hack ....
