Welcome to the forum Joey.I am not good at explaining things but first you have to have your pics stored on some place like Photobucket or Eyesinthewoods etc.
Then all you do is click on the IMG code and paste here on the forum under REPLY to POST or start a NEW TOPIC.
Here is a direct link from Photobucket.There is like 4 choices you can choose from.This one is a direct link but you want to use the bottom one IMG to post a pic to the forum.
