I had this camera running day only. The other day i switched it to 24 hour. I pulled the card today and all the night pics are just eyes. I have it on a feeder that's 30' tops. Day pics are good but toward dusk and just after dawn the pics are very dark. I brought the camera home and the IR is firing. In the bathroom looks good. But in the bed room 14' away the pics are very dark. Could the Ir filter be stuck
Any Ideas it's still under warranty I bought it off Of Joe a bee busy.
Thanks for any help.

Try new batteries . if the batteries are low they will make nite IR pics be darker . I only say to check batteries because you have already been using the cam and I dont know for how long and how many pics it has already taken

The batteries are pretty new. I just put them in and its been running day only. And showing 2 bars. I can hear the filter moving so its not stuck.
I will try new batteries right now.

Its not the batteries. The Ir looks bright. But at 13 14' i can't see myself the pics are as dark as the room.

try new batteries and test again. I would not put so much faith in the number of bars.

Tried new batteries didn't help. Set it up in the house took good night pics but with the light on they were pink looking. Set it up out side took good night pics. Brought it in the house to look at pics. Put back out side now there black again.
Anything else to try.

I received a phone call from HCO today. Then a e-mail they are replacing the camera shipping it tomorrow.
IR filter wasn't working.
So a big thank you to both HCO and Joe from BBO
