What I want to know is why would Primos be worried about a church using the phrase? Do they feel that they are competition? I really wish there was more info online about this for me to take a side.

I didn't see any legal document. Just a guy who said he had one. All I read was bashing of Primos. What dog do you have in this fight? :?:

well you can go ahead and goto to a couple different legal doc sites pay thier fee and look up the facts yourself...they are there! as for my dog - he is a 55lb mountain cur X husky/retriever mixed mutt and kicks the crap out of my 97lb Black Lab and any other dog that tries to push him around too much and it takes alot of pushin' to get him mad finally because he loves everyone and every other dog he has ever met!

I don't know much about what is really going on in this lawsuit. The thing that gets me is if people can keep copy righting phrases then sooner or later we won't be able to talk. I don't know how copy right laws work but why is a church group a threat to an outdoor group. If anything it will bring attention to them. Now if someone is going to copy right a phrase that talks about the truth then they should be legally obligated to tell the truth about their products. That they are not doing. If they did tell the truth then how long do you think they would last? Maybe someone should sue them for false advertising.

We have some creative people here so why don't some of you Truth Cam owners come up with some truthful advertising slogans about Primos cams. This is just for fun. Be interesting to see what we get.

Nicely put.

I have never owned a Primos Cam. They can keep all of there pre-set delay cams, it is almost 2012 and switches and knobs on trail cams are out and digital is in.

A quick look at this years camera reviews and I think you will find that to be far from true...and for good reason they are simple to setup and easy to use.
