I am sorry that the camera did work the way you hoped it would for you. It seems like the battery was your issue to test first. Did you try to replace the battery to see if it was just a bad battery that couldn't hold a full charge? Also what was the temperatures for those days that the camera was out? Very hot, cold, or even a quick change in temperature could affect a battery's life.
Please define "very cold" as regards when your WGI cameras/batteries might quit working when taking videos. We finally had some cold weather here in Arkansas (26 degrees at night), and sure enough my Pulse 10X camera quit working during the night and resumed during the day (40 degrees). And yes, the battery was fully charged. In fact, the second cold night I used a 2nd fully-charged battery and the same thing happened.
Am I to assume that once the temperatures drop below freezing that my expensive camera will quit working?
I am so disappointed in WGI products. First, neither of two wifi modules would work properly, and now my camera has quit on me. Any suggestions?
Thanks you.............
