I frequently wisit Alibaba.com to see if it shows up new products. Have a look here. http://www.alibaba.com/product-gs/47033 ... Scout.html
This camera specs looks interesting. Also have a look at their home page, a producer in China with a lot of models.
Do you recognise some of the models already in the US marked?

I'd tread very carefully with Alibaba listed companies. There is no guarantee any company listed is genuine.
I know when we searched the web for more information we found there are a number of forums with topics dedicated to Alibaba scammers.

A couple of years back we were in touch with a company who we had contacted through Alibaba & everything seemed fine...... Until we notified them we would be travelling to China...... Ha! Nothing more heard from them & if I remember they were listed as "Gold" suppliers on Alibaba.

Like with other search engines, it's always buyer beware.

It wasn't until I saw the inside view of that WildSpy cam that I realized it looks very much like a Leaf River iR-5 or iR-7SS. The upper section of the inside of the door is different, but the bottom section is pretty much identical, except for not having the Leaf River logo in the bottom right corner. The only other thing missing is a "FLASH" button under the "CAM IN USE" light, but it looks like that was relocated to the upper controls. Having a white strobe flash, the WildSpy probably wouldn't do video, so there's no speaker above the view screen. The LR cams have those.
I bet if you could see the right side of the battery box, there would be three 'C' cells in a column alongside those 'D' cells.
Externally, there are some similarities, but not enough that it really dawned on me until I scrolled down the page and noticed the "Trigger Time" switch that my LR cams have. They're different externally mostly because of the white flash, but once you look closer, the latches, the strap loops (which also hold the steel locking bar once it's padlocked) and other things are noticeable. LR cams have Mossy Oak Treestand® camo, and I can't see if the Wildspy has the metal "bark biter" plate that's screwed onto the back of an LR cam. The plate also has holes at the top and bottom where a cable lock can be looped through.

The LR cams are good enough that I own six of 'em, but I don't think I'll be buying any more. The WildSpy cam doesn't interest me at all.

I agree with Claudsgate. I now exclude Alibaba (and AliExpress, and DHgate) from Google searches for cams and other devices.
