I had a 2015 Browning strike force that was still under warranty. The plastic piece that covers the power port had fallen off and I contacted them about getting another plastic piece and just replace it myself. They said that we would void the warranty to take the camera apart and just to go ahead and send it in. So today I finally get what I think is my old camera back, but instead they have upgraded me to a 2016 strike force HD! I am beyond happy and beyond speechless right now about their customer service!!! Excited to try it out!
