I recall a few years ago there was some confusion with Ridgetec being Canadian company. Its funny how rumors get started and just seem to stick. Anyway, were glad to see the camera is getting recognition, it deserves it.

What is the remaining association with Canada? I have been super late sending my Lookout in for servicing but they did provide an address in Canada for the repair.
