I have tested these thoroughly. They include all accessories and the free month also. Same as new but maybe a minor scratch on the led array would be all. These look just like your lookouts after you open the box and use them 2 days.

Yes they will but we do not ship directly to Canada. We have a distributor there in Lethbridge.
