im looking for a lock box you bolt to the tree and add a pad lock to the bottom of it so that the lock fits snug under the box so no one can cut the lock even if they wanted to, anyone seen this?

Not exactly what you described, but you can get a custom1enterprises box and the locks that he sells for them. There is nothing for them to get to cut on these.
This is just an example, you can find more info at http://www.custom1enterprises.com to see if he has a box for the camera you are looking for. These are about the best you will get for heavy duty. I use them for all my cameras now, but not with that lock. I use the other type of masterlock he has listed.

I like how Cudde makes their lock boxes so the shank of the pad lock is almost impossible to access to cut. If a thief is going to steal your camera this will slow him down at least and make the bum work for it.

I've seen some pictures of what you're describing but I'm pretty sure they were home made and shown online to show others the idea. I don't think they are commercially available.

It looks like the hinge on top of the Cudde box...if I was a thief I would just sawzall that hinge off...way quicker than the padlock which looks pretty secure. Would be an awesome box if it had hidden hinges.
