My 6 hour low and slow cook on a pork shoulder is almost there. The house smells like fresh oven pumpkin pie...

It can hardly get any better. If only eating would help me lose weight.

I'm feeling the pains of too much turkey, dressing, and dessert. It was our year to host the family meal, just wait, it was our year last thanksgiving too. I see a pattern starting to develop. But I was able to move a few cameras around. Things are kinda slow in the woods now. Deer hunting for rifle ended two weeks ago so the ones that made it are pretty shy and the woods is looking bare with a trace of snow. It definitely feels like winter is here.
