I found this recipe in a crock pot cook book; it's for chicken, but I bet that it would be good with almost any chunk of meat, such as a deer or pig shoulder....I've only made it with chicken, but plan on using wild game in the future.

2 lbs skinless, boneless chicken
1 14.5oz can diced tomatoes
1 package of taco seasoning powder mix
1 package of Ranch Dressing Seasoning powder mix.
1 can of yellow corn (drained)

Dump everything except the chicken in the crock pot and stir to mix ingredients.
Add the chicken (it can even be frozen solid), stir to coat chicken.
Heat on low for 8 hours.
Shred chicken.
Serve in corn taco shells or soft tortillas with shredded lettuce, tomato wedges, cilantro, and grated cheese.

This takes all of about 2 minutes to prepare...make it in the morning for a crowd pleasing evening dinner.
The next time I make this I'm going to use 2 10oz cans of diced Rotell tomatoes with green chilies instead of one 14.5oz can of diced tomatoes.
