Here are a few 10 second video's from my new strike force. The camera has two video settings, high and ultra, its set to high. The file size is 31mb day and night. I haven't used the ultra setting yet. The flash range is set at, power save. I noticed as soon as each night video starts up, the video comes on brighter and immediately dims a bit. I will be playing with the flash settings soon.
The camera has a good reaction time in video mode which in most noticeable on the last sample video. Also the audio quality is good, no fuzzy background noise. For the large file size I was expecting a bit better quality video. The day videos seem a bit choppy and fuzzy. The night videos, for some reason, actually look much smoother on youtube than they do on my computer via sd card. The light illumination on youtube is also better, shining further up the trees than the sd card. I would think the opposite. Perhaps its a sd card issue? I'm using the sd card (SanDisk 8mb) provided with the camera by TCP. This camera has set time durations for video mode, 5, 10, 20, 30, 60,120 seconds. With a 20 second max night video, despite the camera being set for a longer video duration.
