A lot of times we just read about negative experiences with customer service, well, I have a positive one to pass on. I set out some cams with my new Browning power pacs a couple of months ago. On the first visit to check the cams I found that a bear had bit through the power cable on one of the pacs. I emailed Browning and asked them if I could just splice the cable together. Just heard from them asking for my mailing adress so they could send me a replacement pac. Hats off to Browning for doing this, I'll continue using Browning and recommending them.
