I have both cameras, Spec Ops was purchased a couple months before the Recon Force.
The video quality is the same.
Recon Force audio is way better than Spec Ops, beyond compare. I don't know if my Spec Ops is defective in audio.
Spec ops audio has a lot of hiss.
