Got it working. I went to the portal and sent a camera update, even though I didn't change anything. I then went in the cam settings and did the register camera, diagnostic test then the premium test. It works now. Thanks all for the help.

These cameras are a little bit trickier to set up because you are dealing with getting the camera, the app, and the portal to talk to each other properly, but once they're connected, that's pretty much it. Glad you got it straightened out. It's really frustrating when you know it ought to work but it doesn't and you know it's probably one little thing.

Yes Verizon camera is much better. I have not found a spot so far with a less than 3 bar signal. With Att I only had two places that it would work consistently.
