Well first, I wish they all had real time command capability. Then add a relay port on the bottom and provide a real time command to close the relay contacts. That way I wouldn’t have to buy a separate GSM Relay. One of the settings could be how long to keep the contacts closed. Contacts that could handle 12v dc and 5 amps would be more than sufficient. And make that relay replaceable.

Thinking out loud here. The relay could connect a 9v battery to a 433Mhz transmitter. That transmitter could activate one or more receivers up to 1000 meters away. The receivers could activate lights, hog trap gate, a loud horn, or any other electrical device. Lights & horn could sure scare a critter away, human or otherwise.

If the camera operated internally on 6v or 3.3v would that work ?

I will bring this up with the Ridgetec factory.

This camera looks very familiar  and has the TX built in..send a text command 777# and the TX turns on.
